I graduated from İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University School of Law, Türkiye. I completed my Ph.D. at Hacettepe University School of Law. I am working as the Vice Dean and head of the Department of Financial Law at Ankara Medipol University. I worked as a lawyer in law partnerships and companies. I also worked at the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye. I had the opportunity to participate in research, meetings, workshops and projects for the development of bilateral and multinational projects and cooperation. My research interests include fiscal law, public finance, non-discrimination, equality before the law, social justice, comparative law, protection of personal data.
