Albulena Shala works as an assistant professor at the University of Prishtina (“Hasan Prishtina”). She is a professor of courses in the fields of banking and finance. She finished her PhD in banking and finance at the University of Prishtina. She attended Teaching Principles and Practices 1, CERGE-EI Foundation Teaching Development, 2018. Also, she attended the Digital Transformation and Fintech House of Training in Luxembourg in 2022; preparation of applications and implementing projects in Horizon Europe (Riinvest and Horizon Europe, 2023); training on science for policy at the European Commission joint research center (2023); and PhD supervision training at the National Research School in ICT (PhD ICTKES ERASMUS, 2023).
